Should a FBB customer not achieve optimal connectivity to any top 100 website and the FBB customer contacts FBB within the first 30 days of a newly contracted service FBB will make all reasonable endeavours to within 2 business days improve and resolve the FBB customer’s speed complaint. If the customer still remains unsatisfied, within the first 30 days of the newly contracted service then the customer can terminate their FBB internet service contract with FBB without penalty or further contractual obligation. Customer is obliged to inform in writing within the first 30 days if they wish to terminate the agreement on the basis of the 100% Satisfied Speed Guarantee Offer. To assist in testing and verification Customer is obliged to provide customer site access to FBB staff if requested by FBB. FBB Speed tests are only verifiable on the physical ethernet / fibre demarcation NTU port of the FBB handoff modem / NTU. FBB will not be held responsible for internal wifi / LAN on client side nor will internal client network/wifi connections be used as a basis for speed test measurements. The customer is obliged to return the FBB NTU / Modem in good working order at the end of the service contract period or service termination.
